Crotone: State Police strengthen summer patrols with 31 preventive measures.

As part of the activities to safeguard thepublic order and safety prepared by Police Chief of the Province of Crotone, Renato Panvino, in order to counteract behaviors that threaten peaceful coexistence, a series of measures have been adopted and proposed personal prevention measures on various subjects considered socially dangerous.

The timely investigative activity conducted by the Anti-Crime Police Division, with reference to the summer period of July and August, allowed:

• the issuance of 15 oral warnings, even towards a minor, by imposing a conduct in accordance with the law;

• 3 warnings for domestic violence and stalking;

• un obligatory release form with the removal for 3 years from Crotone of a subject arrested for drug dealing;

• un Judicial ban against a Crotone fan, ordered by the Judge following crimes committed during sporting events;

• 6 urban access bans (Dacur), from 1 to 2 years, against individuals reported for fights and violent conduct in public places.

In particular, i Dacur they concerned:

• Three individuals reported for a brawl at a restaurant in Mesoraca;

• Two people involved in a fight near an arcade on the Crotone seafront;

• 1 subject for a fight at the entrance of a nightclub.

Such episodes, which raise particular social alarm, they received a timely response from an investigative and preventive perspective.

Furthermore, they have been formulated to Court of the Capital 5 proposals for the application of the special public security surveillance with mandatory residence, towards subjects with generic and qualified social dangerousness, with reference also to the mafia-type organized crime and to relational and affective areas.

The measures adopted and proposed are the result of the constant action of control of the territory implemented by State Police in the capital and in the province, by order of thePublic Security Authority. In total, 31 personal prevention measures were issued and proposed.
