Crotone: State Police issues 17 preventive measures to ensure public safety.

Police Chief Panvino's measures against individuals deemed dangerous: oral warnings, DACUR, warnings, and proposals for special surveillance.

Crotone: The State Police has issued 17 preventive measures to ensure public safety.

In the month of November, the State Police of Crotone has intensified prevention and control activities in the territory, applying 17 personal prevention measures against as many subjects considered, in various capacities, dangerous to public safety.

The measures were signed by the Police Commissioner Renato Panvino, as part of a comprehensive and targeted control plan.

Thirteen oral warnings: focus on individuals involved in crimes

The most significant part of the measures concerns 13 oral warnings, notified to persons with criminal or police record and involved in recent criminal episodes.

Among these, there is also a subject investigated for participation in a mafia organization active in Cirò Marina, an element that further motivated the preventive measure.

Three DACURs after the brawl in Petilia Policastro

Three individuals believed to be involved in a brawl in Petilia Policastro it was applied Prohibition of Access to the Urban Center (DACUR).

The recipients they will not be able to approach the public place near the place of the incident and will have to maintain a minimum distance of 500 meters, a measure designed to prevent new risk situations.

Police Chief warns for domestic abuse

A further preventive measure concerned a man investigated for mistreatment of family members.

Special surveillance proposals for repeat offenders and online scammers

The Anti-Crime Police also put forward various proposals to the Surveillance Court:

  • a special surveillance for a subject with a history of drug offences and violations of the expulsion order from Crotone;

  • other two proposals for special surveillance for individuals from Crotone responsible for numerous online scams orders throughout the country.

At the same time, by order of the competent Judicial Authorities, 26 Guests have been subjected to the controlled freedom, while a further one to the probation, measures that limit movement and impose obligations designed to reduce social danger.

All activities fall within a overall security plan, launched by Police Chief Panvino, aimed at: prevent crimesmonitor subjects at riskstrengthen territorial control.
