A important joint operation, carried out within the framework of the national and transnational action plan “Focus 'Ndrangheta”, prepared by the Police Chief of the Province of Crotone Renato Panvino, involved the city capital. The activity, coordinated by a State Police officer, saw the involvement of staff from: State Police, Carabinieri Corps, Finance Police, Port authorities, Territorial Labor Inspectorate, Local police, Traffic Police and NAS of Cosenza. The checks concerned commercial activities, people, criminals and road arteries.
