Corigliano-Rossano (Cosenza), arrest warrant and execution of arrest for extradition purposes

The staff of the Flying Squad of the Cosenza Police Headquarters and the Judicial Police Team of the State Police Station of Corigliano-Rossano proceeded to track down a foreign citizen, in execution of the request for provisional arrest for extradition purposes issued by Serbia for violation of the law on weapons committed in that State.

In particular, the person in question was tracked down by the Agents of the State Police Station of Corigliano-Rossano while he was inside a commercial establishment in the urban area of ​​Corigliano Calabro, with the operators who proceeded with the check, fully identifying the foreign citizen who in fact corresponded to the wanted subject on whom there was an arrest warrant for violation of the law on weapons provided for by the Serbian Penal Code.

At the end of the formal procedures, having acknowledged the execution of the arrest, he was taken to the Castrovillari Prison at the disposal of the President of the Court of Appeal of Catanzaro.
