Young Nigerian attacked during the Carnival in Chiaramonte Gulfi: the attacker handed over to the Judicial Authority in a state of freedom.

The activity of the Provincial Command of the Carabinieri of Ragusa continues unabated to combat crimes against people.
In particular, on the evening of February 11th, during the Carnival celebrations in Chiaramonte Gulfi, the Carabinieri of the local station intervened following an attack suffered by a young Nigerian by another compatriot who, after an argument, hit him from behind with a cutting object causing personal injuries to the dorsal region.
The Carabinieri immediately launched investigative activities, proceeding with the acquisition of footage from the surveillance cameras and questioning the people present at the events; the investigations made it possible to identify the responsibility for the gesture lies with MAA, a Nigerian born in 2003 who, tracked down in the municipality of Chiaramonte Gulfi on 29 February, was taken to the offices of the local Carabinieri station.
Once the identification procedures and ritual formalities were completed, the military handed him over to the Judicial Authority in a state of freedom for the crime of aggravated personal injury.
