The GIP of the Court of Tivoli, at the request of the Prosecutor's office, has aggravated the ban on approaching him, already in place against him, which became necessary due to the violations ascertained by the policemen of the Tiburtina police station thanks to the electronic bracelet punctually applied at the request of the Tivoli Prosecutor's Office.
In fact, last June, following a complaint made by his ex-partner, the man was ordered to keep a distance "of at least 300 meters from the offended party wherever he is, immediately re-establishing this distance when he occasionally and suddenly finds himself encountering it...", as well as from the family home and the places usually frequented by the girl, including the workplace, the home of his family members and that of his current partner.

Peri numerous persecutory acts, with heavy insults and threats even perpetrated with a machete against the woman's new partner, the GIP of the Court of Tivoli in fact he had recognized how “... the current danger of the recurrence of facts of the same type as those for which proceedings are being carried out is appreciable in concrete terms ... attested by the fact that the suspect, probably due to his jealousy and non-acceptance of his ex-wife's new relationship, has placed there are various aggressive, violent, harassing, threatening and vexatious behaviors, also directed towards the offended party's new partner, committed in part in the presence of the minor son, which have had an effect of mortifying humiliation on the offended party; such elements attest that, in the absence of intervention by the AG, such conduct could last indefinitely, given the obstinacy of the suspect...".

However, regardless of the provisions of the judicial authority, including the monitoring of his movements thanks to the electronic bracelet, in recent weeks the man was untraceable to the checks carried out by the Agents following the activation of the device's alarm, or, if traced, he reported that he did not have it with him. On another occasion, he even showed up at the sports facility attended by the younger son, keeping a short distance from his ex-partner. In this context, “the measure of house arrest (requested by the Prosecutor) is adequate and proportionate - reasons the Judge for Preliminary Investigations - as no other coercive measure can be considered suitable... in consideration of the evident inability to comply with the precautionary measures already demonstrated by the accused..." , measurement thus carried out this morning by Police officers.
