Vicenza, fight against drug dealing in four different operations by the Local Police. A pusher reported and 15 people reported

A pusher reported, 15 people, including two students, reported to the Prefecture for habitual consumption of narcotic substances and 40 individuals identified. This is the result of a new widespread operation to combat drug dealing carried out by the local police of Vicenza in recent days in the Quadrilatero area and in the historic center. The men in charge of the operation were the men of the judicial police operational sector: Nos, anti-degradation squad and anti-drug canine unit.

An initial check took place in Piazzetta San Biagio, where the presence of young people using drugs had been reported. The officers identified five young people who immediately showed themselves intolerant of the check. Aria, the dog of the canine unit, then went into action and allowed the identification of a narcotic substance on the person of three young people, who were reported to the Prefecture.

A second operation was carried out between Campo Marzo and via Gorizia, where the local police detected a suspicious exchange between two people. Stopped, the alleged drug buyer handed over three doses of heroin to the officers, triggering the intervention on the dealer who, taken to the Campo Marzo detachment, was searched. The operation led to the recovery of 320 euros, a sum seized as it was considered the proceeds of the illegal activity. The pusher was reported.

A subsequent check of 30 people carried out in the Quadrilatero area, between Piazzale Bologna, Viale Milano and via Firenze, led to the seizure of some doses of marijuana and hashish and to the reporting of 12 people to the Prefecture.

A final activity was concentrated outside some of the city's high schools, following reports from parents: two female students were found in possession of hashish and were reported to the Prefecture for this reason.
