Vicenza, attacks an SVT controller with a needle. The State Police identifies him and expels him

This is what was decided by the Vicenza Police Chief Dr. Sallustio who this morning ordered the expulsion from the national territory of MA, an Indian citizen born in '92 who on the morning of November 22nd last attacked an SVT inspector, inside the Vicenza bus station.

The man, who had been asked by personnel of the Vicenza transport company to vacate the service areas, first insulted and threatened the conductor; then, at the end of a real fight, he pulled out the needle of a syringe and stuck it in the back of his hand.
Immediately after, with a sudden move, he walked away and disappeared without a trace.
The Police Flying Squad immediately rushed to the scene and, after alerting 118, began searching for the attacker.

After hours of research, the man was intercepted under the arcades of one of the streets in the city centre, wearing the same clothes captured by the SVT video surveillance system.
He was immediately transferred to the Police Headquarters where, at the end of the photo-signalling procedures, he was reported for aggravated assault and threats and expelled from the national territory.

The Indian citizen, with numerous previous convictions for property and drug-related crimes, was taken to the CPR in Macomer (Sardinia) awaiting repatriation to India.

"It is pointed out that the measure was adopted on the initiative of the proceeding Office and that, in accordance with the principle of the presumption of innocence, the guilt of the person under investigation in relation to the matter will be definitively ascertained only if an irrevocable sentence of conviction or similar forms is issued.".
