The Verona Local Police, in collaboration with the Verona Transport Company, carried out a search on Wednesday afternoon maxi-check in the city on 35 urban and extra-urban buses, in implementation of the indications received from the Provincial Public Order Committee.
Fifteen officers, agents of the Territorial Department and inspectors, checked 960 people in full, issuing 141 fines for failure to possess a travel document, of which 48 were paid immediately for a total of 2.478 euros.
