Terrified by the presence of her partner in the house, she threw herself into the arms of the workers, asking for their help and saying that following an argument for "sentimental" reasons, the man had repeatedly hit her in the face with slaps, going as far as throwing the TV remote control at her and threatening to kill her with a kitchen knife.
At that point, after having rescued the victim, entrusted to the care of the 118 medical personnel, the Agents entered the apartment, where they found MM in an evident state of drunkenness, and arrested him.

During the complaint, the outlines of a “sick” relationship emerged, which began virtually via “Messanger” and then materialized with a cohabitation marked by mistreatment, beatings, controlling attitudes and continuous death threats, even in the presence of the victim’s minor son. All this also for the purpose of obtaining money from his partner to deal with his gambling problems, alcoholism and cocaine addiction.

Following the violent attack, the woman suffered bruises with multiple ecchymoses and hematomas on her face, arms, scalp and neck, and a broken tooth.
The Public Prosecutor on duty at the Tivoli Court ordered the transfer of the arrested person to the Roman prison of Rebibbia, for the subsequent request for validation and application of precautionary measures.
