Thirty home burglaries in a few months: a gang stopped in La Spezia.
La Spezia, Lucca, Massa Carrara and Parma. These are the provinces in which the band she had managed to score around thirty home burglaries in the space of a few months.
Il modus operandi it was always the same: they studied the apartments and the habits of those who lived there and acted at dusk, taking advantage of the temporary absence of the tenants.
They got into trouble four Albanian citizens, three men and a woman between 20 and 40 years old, residing in La Spezia. They were identified, after a long investigation, by the men of the investigative unit of the provincial command of the Carabinieri of La Spezia.
Yesterday morning the military arrested three men believed to be responsible for the thefts and investigated the woman for the crime of receiving stolen goods: she was the one who resold the stolen goods. Further investigations are underway to trace the commercial activities that bought the stolen jewels and trinkets.
The thefts were committed from October 2022 to spring of this year.
