Cremona. The Crema Public Safety Police arrested three young people, all Italians of North African origin: a minor aged 17 residing in Casalmorano, one aged 16 residing in Cremona and an adult aged 18 resident in Casalmorano, for the crimes of Aggravated Robbery, voluntary personal injury and Resisting a Public Official.

The events occurred on the afternoon of 22.12.2023 inside the gardens of this Piazzale Delle Rimembranze when the three after trying to attack some boys, having recently left a nearby school, but without being able to do so due to the prompt escape of the latter, they concentrated their efforts attention towards another young man intent on consuming food during work break time. The three suddenly surrounded him afterward they started hitting him with kicks and punches and with a glass bottle on the head managing to take away his cell phone.

In the vicinity of there were some passers-by who alerted this Office via 112 NUE send some squad cars to the scene.
One of these, which it was located in via station, intercepted the three, who in the meantime had fled near the railway station; after a daring chase on foot, two were blocked not far away while the third was inside the car park “the hole” where he tried to hide among parked vehicles.

In those situations, patrols of the gods also came to help Carabinieri and local police surrounding the affected area. The three perpetrators were accompanied to these offices to be identified, while the offended person was taken by ambulance to the emergency room of the city hospital.
The victim, a Italian citizen aged 19 residing in Soresina, was subjected to in-depth medical tests following which the following pathology was found: "Cranial contusion with hematoma, Contusion of the face, scalp and neck" with the prognosis of day 10.

Through the statements of the offended person, the numerous witnesses present, and the city video surveillance footage, solid information was acquired elements of guilt towards the three aforementioned, all with police records for crimes against persons and property, who were arrested. The two minors were made available to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Brescia for placement in a specific community.

The adult was brought this morning before the Judge of the Ordinary Court of Cremona for the very direct rite. The same person validated the arrest and applied the law to the suspect precautionary measure of house arrest postponing the hearing to February 2024 at the request of the defense. The victim's cell phone was recovered and returned to her.
