Suni and Tresnuraghes (OR) – Weapons and drugs seized, 35 year old and 26 year old arrested by the Carabinieri.

Two arrests and the seizure of 37 kg. of marijuana, 150 gr. of hashish, 5 gr. of cocaine, 2 pistols with abraded serial number, precision scales and various material for the drug packaging: it is the balance sheet of the latest operation carried out by the Carabinieri of the Macomer Company.

The two were stopped by a patrol of the Macomer Carabinieri Radiomobile Unit during a territorial control service; the subsequent search made it possible to find and seize 5 gr. of cocaine, which were hidden inside the car in which the 35-year-old and the 26-year-old were.

The next search carried out at their homes made it possible to find, inside a cellar used by the 35-year-old, two unmarked pistols, approximately 36 kg of marijuana and 150 grams of hashish, while in a warehouse used by the youngest, they were 1 kg of grass and a few grams of smoke were found.

Both were arrested.

Yet another operation demonstrates the ever-increasing use and consequent increase in drug dealing in the area “Planargia”. The counteraction carried out by the Carabinieri present in the area is constant and without stopping. The support of the Judicial Authority is fundamental for the immediate actions and provisions under its jurisdiction.

The criminal proceedings against the two suspects are still pending in the preliminary investigation phase and their actual responsibility will be examined during the subsequent trial.
