A few days ago the man was arrested by the Carabinieri because he had apparently been found near the house where the mother lives, still intent on threatening her.
From what was declared and reported by the victim, the man, in the last period, often carried out this type of persecutory behavior through stalking and threats. The 43-year-old was already banned from approaching his mother caught again inside the house of the same violating what was imposed by the Judge.
