“All About Love”, this is the name of the investigation conducted by the Carabinieri of the Rho Company under the coordination of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Ordinary and Juvenile Court of Milano, which overall led to the issuing of precautionary measures against 6 subjects, one of whom was still a minor. The investigations began on November 12, 2019, when at approximately 20 pm, some passers-by alerted the Carabinieri and 00 health personnel to a boy found bleeding and in a semi-unconscious state, lying on a bench near the station. railway station in Novate Milanese (MI), who was then transported under code red to the Niguarda hospital in Milano due to a large stab wound on the right side.

The circumstances therefore made it possible to ascertain that the boy, a nineteen-year-old Pakistani, had been the victim of an attack by two subjects, who had stabbed him in the right side, while he was in the company of a minor Italian girl. . The same woman, who was therefore immediately heard as a witness to the facts, declared that that evening, she had met the Pakistani man by appointment to buy an iPhone from him, which she then wanted to give to her boyfriend, revealing however on that occasion that the same foreigner was already known to her as he had sexually abused her together with other of her compatriots several months earlier, an event which she had never mentioned to anyone.

On the merits of the events that occurred that evening, however, she added that her boyfriend, with a friend of his own age, had accompanied her to the appointment while remaining at a safe distance, and both had then intervened and attacked the young Pakistani because he had tried to put her on the phone again. his hands on him, responding to his cry for help, and that in the scuffle the Pakistani himself, upon seeing the two, pulled out a knife and accidentally injured himself in the abdomen.

Therefore the two boys, identified shortly afterwards and heard on the merits, confirmed this version of events, which however immediately appeared not very credible and which in fact was subsequently denied thanks to the investigative activity, which therefore made it possible to trace the real motive and to the exact circumstances of what happened. That November evening, in fact, it was about the outcome of a careful revenge plan, concocted by the underage girl together with her boyfriend against the Pakistani man, to punish him for the sexual violence she suffered in January 2019, when, as later revealed in the investigations, after an evening at the disco, she invited some Pakistani boys to her house, who had abused her taking advantage of his state of alcoholic intoxication.

Moved by this, therefore, the two Italian boys had organized the ambush down to the smallest detail, also planning to steal the iPhone that the minor had pretended to want to buy exclusively to have a pretext to meet the Pakistani in a secluded place specifically for her identified, with the hope of also being able to remove the cash that he would certainly have brought with him. Punitive expedition which then came close to tragedy, as evidenced by the clinical conditions of the Pakistani boy, who, due to that stab wound and without the emergency surgery carried out by healthcare personnel, would certainly have died. The results of the investigations, carried out by the Operational Unit of the Carabinieri Company of Rho under the coordination of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Ordinary (Deputy Prosecutor Baj Macario) and Juvenile Courts (Deputy Prosecutor Russo) of Milano, therefore made it possible to shed light on the entire affair, leading to the execution of two respective precautionary measures, by virtue of which they were arrested and subjected to the house arrest regime: the minor girl, who in competition with her boyfriend and his friend, were held responsible for various reasons for attempted murder, attempted robbery, illegal possession of a bladed weapon; The Pakistani boy, victim of the punitive expedition, in collaboration with 2 other compatriots, of aggravated group sexual violence committed against the minor.
