Senigallia (Ancona), drug dealing in the provinces of Ancona and Rimini: 4 people arrested

On the morning of Wednesday 15 May the Carabinieri of the Senigallia Company, in collaboration with personnel from the Rimini and Cesenatico Companies, employing 60 Carabinieri and dog units from Pesaro, They arrested 4 people, living between the provinces of Ancona and Rimini, held responsible, to varying degrees, for the crime of drug dealing. The soldiers executed a provision issued by the GIP of the Court of Ancona, which subjected them to the measure of precautionary custody of house arrest with an electronic bracelet.

The investigation, conducted by the Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit, between the end of 2023 and the first months of 2024, made it possible to reconstruct an intense cocaine, heroin and hashish dealing activity, carried out by the suspects, who, with the various transfers, derived from it their sole or main source of support.
The main suppliers of the drug dealing network which flooded the hinterland with drugs Senigallian and the coast of the provinces of Rimini And that of Ancona, was identified in one couple living in the municipality of Bellaria Igea Marina, where they had established their operational base, employing other pushers.

The military during the searches also carried out against 9 other suspects, in conjunction with the execution of precautionary measures, they recovered 3 perfectly functional scales, 9 mobile phones, several wrappers with narcotic substances such as hashish, cocaine and marijuana and the cash sum of approximately 12.865 euros.

The four suspects at the end of the operations were placed under house arrest, awaiting preliminary hearings by the investigating judge of the Ancona Court.

Within the framework investigative activity, carried out with technical and patrimonial investigations, the economic income of those arrested was reconstructed who, in just 6 months, they obtained an illicit profit estimated at over 100.000 Euros, the recovery of significant quantities of narcotics and cash.

The measures carried out are precautionary measures ordered during preliminary investigations, against which appeals are permitted, and the recipients of the same they are people subjected to investigations and therefore presumed innocent until a final sentence is reached.
