Searches by the Guardia di Finanza in a Gucci office Milano.
Important search at the Gucci headquarters Milano. The soldiers of the special antitrust unit of the Guardia di Finanza conducted an inspection at the request of the European Anti-Competition Authority.
The operation is part of an international collaboration on an investigation into possible violations of business practices regulations in some fashion companies.
All eyes on leather goods, suitcases, wallets, bags and shoes. Gucci is part of Kering. The group explained in a statement that the inspection was requested by the European Commission and that “the group is cooperating fully with the Commission in this investigation”.
It is understood that other inspections of the same type have taken place at the offices of other fashion companies in the rest of Europe.
