Scicli: drug dealing in 2018. Carabinieri arrest 46-year-old to serve sentence of almost 2 years.

Yesterday the Carabinieri of the Tenenza of Scicli arrested a 46-year-old local man, married, professional trader and censored, in order to comply with the execution order for expiation of sentence issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Ragusa .

The man was held responsible for the crime of possession of drugs for the purposes of shop during the year 2018, right within the area of ​​the baroque city.

At the disposal of the Judicial Authority, the interested party will be able to benefit from the alternative measure of home detention at their home, without the possibility of leaving it, to serve a residual sentence of 1 year, 11 months and 24 days.

To this sentence is added the payment of one fine over 6 thousand euros.

The immediate execution of the provision by the military personnel contributed to increasing the level of perception of security integrated by the Sciclitan population. This objective represents the modus operandi of the force, constantly aimed at best expressing the concept of community policing towards citizens, so as to fully realize the right to live one's city in safety.
