Scampia, a drug dealer arrested in via Arcangelo Ghisleri

Massimiliano Del Vecchio, a 34-year-old Neapolitan with a police record, was arrested for dealing and possession for the purpose of dealing drugs, resistance and injury to a public official; finally, the man was also sanctioned for non-compliance with anti-Covid-19 measures because he was out of his home beyond the permitted hours.
