The three were tracked down and arrested on the evening of September 12, by the Carabinieri of the Ragusa Company following a timely search activity.

Following preliminary interrogations at the Ragusa prison, the 3 Tunisians reached last Sunday by a decree of arrest of a crime suspect ordered by the Public Prosecutor on duty in relation to the brawl during which a 21-year-old was killed their fellow countryman, the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Iblean Court has fully validated the provision and issued, at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, a precautionary custody order in prison against three further Tunisians, two 35-year-olds and a 26-year-old, also involved in the brawl on Saturday 7 September, in the historic centre of Santa Croce Camerina, during the celebrations of Santa Rosalia.

The constant development of the investigations has allowed us to find serious, precise and consistent evidence against them of guilt for the brawl which sadly resulted in the death of the 21 year old.
The three, taken to prison by the military, will therefore have to answer for the crimes of aggravated brawl, personal injury and illegal possession of instruments capable of causing offence.
