Sanremo (Imperia), the State Police of Imperia arrested 3 people for having caused very serious personal injuries to the owner of a bar in the city center, in execution of the precautionary custody measure in prison.
On the night of September 112st, via the Single Emergency Number XNUMX, a request for intervention arrived, as the owner of a bar in the local Piazza Borea D'Olmo had been brutally attacked by three customers for trivial reasons.
The police arrived on the scene within a few minutes and noticed three people visibly impaired, probably due to alcohol intake, and the owner of the bar in pain, who was leaking blood from his left eye.
The latter managed to tell the officers, shortly before being transported to the hospital, that he had been attacked by the customers present on the spot, only for having asked them to pay attention to the glasses while drinking, as shortly before they had broken one while doing so. fall on the ground.
The operators learned what happened and proceeded to fully identify the bar patrons, acquiring any information useful for reconstructing the facts.
The policemen from the Sanremo police station started a timely investigation, immediately reconstructing the dynamics of the events, thanks also to the invaluable help of the video surveillance cameras which clearly recorded the violent attack on the owner of the bar, who had tried to defend himself in several ways, but almost helpless he was hit several times by the three individuals later identified by the police squad.
From the images shown, it was noted how he was beaten with violent blows launched by the three, at different times and in different points of the bar, also damaging objects in the place itself.
The man also reported that he waited to contact the emergency services, as the three men continued to make death threats to him if he called the police.
The police and the ambulance immediately arrived on the scene, which immediately transported the bar owner to hospital, who underwent surgery to eviscerate his left eye.
Within a few hours and having established that the serious episode of violence had caused irreversible damage to the victim's eye, the operators reconstructed the serious circumstantial framework against the three men who reacted extremely violently to a simple reprimand for a broken glass .
