San Vito Lo Capo: reported by the Carabinieri for theft of mopeds.

I Carabinieri of the San Vito Lo Capo station (TP) reported in a state of freedom five foreigners all domiciled in the Municipality of Mazara del Vallo, for the crime of aggravated theft in competition. The investigation began following the theft report presented by some citizens from whom some mopeds had been unduly stolen between Castelluzzo and San Vito Lo Capo. From the acquisition of images extrapolated from surveillance systems installed in the various municipalities, the soldiers of the Carabinieri managed to identify the alleged authors of the theft of the moped removed from the car park of a private house located in the municipality of Castelluzzo and of the motorcycle removed while it was parked in the dedicated stalls in via Faro in San Vito Lo Capo. Having learned that both the adult and the four minors were all residents of Mazara del Vallo, in synergy with colleagues from the local company, the operators managed to find the two stolen vehicles presumably between the night of May 30th and the morning of May 31st. The vehicles found in the municipality of Mazara del Vallo were returned to their legitimate owners who had now lost hope of finding their means of transport.
