Robbery at the Cesate train station: two eighteen-year-olds arrested by the Carabinieri.
On the afternoon of 9 February 2024, the soldiers of the Cesate Station, assisted by personnel from the Operations Section of the Rho Company, arrested them in execution of a precautionary custody order in prison issued by the GIP of the Court of Milano, against an Italian citizen and a Romanian citizen, both eighteen years old, as they were considered seriously suspected of the crime of aggravated robbery and receiving stolen goods.
The provision arises from the results of the investigative activity launched by Cesate station (MI) following the bloody robbery carried out on 14 January 2024 near the FNM station of Cesate to the detriment of a young twenty-one year old, during which, after having violently beaten the suspects, with kicks and punches all over his body and in particular on his face, the victim, as soon as he left the train station, managed to steal an I-Phone 14 Pro with its SIM, his wallet containing documents and ATM cards various items as well as a pair of branded shoes, causing personal injuries for which he was then transported to the Garbagnate Milanese hospital and discharged with a prognosis of 5 days.
The investigations, conducted through the analysis of video footage from the plant's cameras video surveillance installed inside the Cesate railway station and theexamination of recorded videos at the public establishments where fraudulent payments had been made in the following hours with one of the ATM cards stolen from the victim, made it possible to identify the criminal group made up of the two arrested subjects, already burdened by numerous police records also for similar crimes and by a third still in the identification phase.
Following the execution of the precautionary measure, the two suspects, as ordered by the proceeding Judicial Authority, were associated with the San Vittore Prison.
