Robbery at the Capralba level crossing: four robbed a boy

At the end of a two-week investigation, the Carabinieri of the Vailate station, near Cremona, three people aged 20, 21 and 19, all with police records against them, reported being held responsible for a robbery committed against a boy near the railway station level crossing.

The robbery

Two weeks ago a boy from the village showed up at the Vailate barracks to report what had happened to him the night before. Around 20.00 pm the previous day, the young man was stopped at the level crossing near the Capralba railway station waiting to be able to pass and saw four people getting off a train that was stopped at the station at the time.

The four approached the young man and one of them suddenly put his hands inside the boy's bag, threatening to hurt him if he reacted and taking a few euros and a mobile phone, while the others watched the scene. in a threatening manner.

Surveys

After the report, the military began investigations, verifying that the scene had also been noticed by other people present in the area and waiting for the level crossing to be raised. And having a precise and detailed description of the perpetrators of the crime, the military managed to limit the investigations to a small group of people, having also known who one of the alleged perpetrators of the crime could be.

The military then acquired the photo of the man who they believed could be the alleged perpetrator of the crime and of the other young people who, in previous circumstances, had been stopped and checked in his company. They prepared a photographic file to show to the victim and the witnesses who, without a doubt, recognized the 20-year-old, the 21-year-old and the 19-year-old as three of the four alleged perpetrators of the robbery.

Reported

At the end of these investigations, the Carabinieri of the Vailate station reported them to the judicial authorities.
