Rimini: he tries to steal a cell phone, threatens the woman and hits her partner, an arrest by the State Police.

The State Police have arrested a man for the crime of attempted aggravated robbery.
Specifically, a patrol car from the Office of General Prevention and Public Rescue was sent to the Miramare area following a report of an assault.

The victim reported that, while he was at the bus stop, in the company of his wife, a North African approached him, who, taking the woman with him, removed her cell phone from the right back pocket of her shorts.

The woman, who had already noticed the subject approaching suspiciously, realized what had happened and yanked the perpetrator by the backpack, managing to recover her mobile phone which, following this gesture, fell to the ground.

At this point, the subject took a switchblade from his pocket, threatening the woman; at this juncture, her husband intervened to defend her, and was punched by the man, who then fled from her.
Despite the blow he suffered, the victim contacted emergency services and followed the attacker at a distance.

A few moments later, a police car arrived and stopped the subject indicated by the spouses, who appeared to be threatening and uncooperative. The man was found in possession of the weapon and was taken to the police station for correct identification, as he had no documents.

For the above, he was arrested for the crime of attempted aggravated robbery with subsequent imprisonment.
