Rimini: involved in a fight, he lashes out at the police, arrested by the State Police.

In the early hours of the morning of 25 July 2023, personnel from the Rimini State Police arrested a young man from Belarus for the crime of Resisting a Public Official.
Specifically, at around 3.00 am a call came to the emergency number 112 – NUE, reporting a fight in Via Cairoli.
Having promptly arrived on site, the officers immediately noticed some individuals walking away, while three individuals were still present there and one of them was in a clear state of alteration due to excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages.

The subject, very agitated, refused to give his personal details and also attacked one of the officers, pushing him violently and despite several invitations to adopt less aggressive behavior, he continued to rail against the policemen, also kicking him.
In consideration of the events that occurred, the subject was arrested pending the direct trial which was held on the same day.
Furthermore, the subject was handed over in a state of freedom for Contempt towards a Public Official and Refusal of information on his personal identity.
