Rimini: he tries to steal from a club and attacks the police officers who intervened.

 The Rimini State Police personnel arrested a foreign citizen for the crime of aggravated theft and resisting a public official.

Specifically, a State Police patrol car intervened in Via Lungomare Murri, as a call had arrived at the emergency number 112 – NUE in which the surveillance agency protecting a commercial establishment reported the intrusion of a person at the interior of the room.
Immediately arriving on site, the officers identified the man and, with no small effort, blocked him with the necessary use of the teaser, as he, at the sight of the operators, attacked them by throwing a bottle at them and at the same time threatened them with a another that he held in his hand.
In consideration of the events that occurred, the subject was arrested and taken to the police station to await the direct judgement.
The trial ended with the postponement of the precautionary measure of the obligation to report to the Judicial Police in Parma and the mandatory expulsion order from Rimini was issued.
