Rimini: does not respect the "prohibition of approaching" his ex-partner, arrested by the State Police.

The staff of the Rimini State Police arrested an Italian citizen for the crime of Violation of the order of expulsion from the family home and of the ban on approaching places frequented by the offended person.
Specifically, at approximately 22.00 pm, a police car from the Rimini Police Headquarters was sent to the home of a woman, who, through a call to the Single Emergency Number 112 - NUE, reported the presence of her ex-partner near her home who told her he was cold and asked her for a cigarette, despite the prohibitions imposed on him.
Once on site, the police immediately noticed the man, who in the meantime, having seen the officers, tried to walk away, but was promptly blocked.
In consideration of the events that occurred, the subject was arrested pending the Direct Judgment.
