Rieti, attacks his partner with a knife. The State Police applies the precautionary measure of removal from the family home

In recent days, State Police Agents have subjected a Romanian citizen to the precautionary measure of being removed from his family home for attacking his partner.

The Agents of the Flying Squad of the General Prevention and Public Rescue Office of the Rieti Police Headquarters, during their territorial control services, intervened, late in the evening, at a house in the historic center of Rieti after a woman, of Romanian nationality, had requested help from NUE 112.

The patrol officers immediately collected the applicant's testimony, which, in an evident state of agitation, she told how, shortly before, her cohabiting partner, returning home in a state of alcoholic intoxication, had attacked her by putting his arm around her neck and also threatening her with a large kitchen knife.

State Police officers found and seized the knife used in the attack, which had been hidden inside a shoe left on the landing of the apartment.

The man, reported at liberty to the local Judicial Authority to answer for the aggression perpetrated, was subjected to the precautionary measure of urgent removal from the family home with the prohibition of approaching the places frequented by the injured person.
