She resists police checks, she had almost 250 grams of crack and cocaine in her home: 23-year-old arrested.
Un 23 year old Italian citizen of Nigerian origins was arrested by the agents of the PS Barriera police station Milano, in Turin, as it is seriously suspected of possession of a narcotic substance for the purpose of dealing, resisting a public official and causing injury. In recent days, police officers stopped a woman for a check as she was leaving a business in Corso Taranto. The young woman immediately shows that she does not want to collaborate with the police, refusing to provide her personal details and then starting to attack rail against them trying to attract the attention of passers-by asking for help. The twenty-three-year-old, taking advantage of the confusion created by her screams which attract the curiosity of passers-by, tries to get rid of a bunch of keys in her possession by passing them to a man, but the officers promptly manage to stop her.
It is thus necessary the accompaniment of the young woman to the police station to proceed with her complete identification, but she puts up a strenuous resistance by spitting at the operators and elbowing her, until she scratches and bites one of the policemen on the arm. The officers, however, succeed in their aim by securing the woman. Subsequently, the police went back to the house for which the woman held the keys and searched it. In a drawer of a bathroom cabinet the agents found two nylon bags containing over 210 grams of cocaine, 58 doses of crack weighing 23 grams and a disk of the same narcotic substance weighing 11 grams.
The agents also seized all the material found necessary for packaging the doses. The woman comes like this arrested for possession of a narcotic substance for the purpose of trafficking as well as for resisting a public official and aggravated injuries. The criminal proceedings are currently in the preliminary investigation phase, therefore the presumption of not guilt of the suspect applies until the final sentence.
