Naples, I Public Prosecutors, noted that, today, two separate precautionary custody orders were carried out, issued by GIP at Juvenile Court of Naples and by the GIP at the Court of Naples North, respectively at the request of Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Naples and the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples North.
The two ordinances concern the sad story relating to sexual violence implemented on several occasions in Cavano by a group of young (in particular by seven minors and two adults) to damage to two minors, cousins of each other, respectively the age of ten and twelve years.
