The Carabinieri of the station of Marina of Ragusa at the end of the investigations reported a 38 year old at large of Cuban origin for the crime of aggravated assault.
The story originated on the night of last June 22nd when the Cuban, already burdened by the precautionary measure of the ban on approaching his ex-partner, si he would stealthily enter the latter's home located in the seaside district of Ragusa.
Inside however, found a 40-year-old Turkish man, guest of his ex-partner. A violent scuffle ensued, in which the 38-year-old managed to grab a kitchen knife and hit the Turkish citizen with some blows, causing minor injuries to his back.
The Carabinieri, who intervened on site following the call to 112 of a security guard who was near the house, they managed to identify and block the Cuban citizen and afterwards, after having collected all the investigation elements from the witnesses and the victim, to refer to the Judicial Authority the 38-year-old Cuban for the crime of aggravated bodily harm.
