Pieve Emanuele (Milano): sexual assault on a 76 year old and a 17 year old. Arrested 58 year old Italian.

On Friday 03 May 2024, the Carabinieri of the Pieve Emanuele station arrested a 58-year-old following a detailed investigation coordinated by the V department of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Milano (department of vulnerable groups), in compliance with the ordinance implementing the precautionary measure of house arrest issued by the GIP of the Court of Milano, in order to crime of sexual violence for two episodes committed in Pieve Emanuele on 09 September 2023 and others Milano in June 2022.

The provision arises from the complaint filed in September 2023 by a 76-year-old Italian disabled woman, who reported that while she was inside the Pieve Emanuele cemetery, an Italian man, unknown to her, had abused her.

During the investigations it emerged that the same subject was found to be the perpetrator of a further sexual assault, in a manner very similar to the episode mentioned above, committed in June 2022, inside a day center for disabled people Milano where he works, to the detriment of a girl who was 17 at the time.

The arrested person was then accompanied to his home at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
