Pescara, Daspo “willy” for two brothers from Pescara

Pescara, at the end of an in-depth investigative activity carried out by the Anti-Crime Police Division of the Pescara Police Headquarters, the Police Commissioner Luigi LIGUORI has ordered the measure of the DASPO "Willy", against two young people from Pescara, protagonists a few days before the violent attack against a boy near a bathing establishment on the Pescara seafront.
The prevention measure was adopted not only against the material perpetrator of the attack, reported to the Prosecutor's Office, but also against his brother present at the events since, as required by law, (art. 13 bis of the Legislative Decree 14/2017 converted into law n.48/2017) had already been reported to the AG, in the last three years, precisely in 2020, for two similar episodes which also occurred in the vicinity of as many public establishments.
The Police Commissioner's provision prohibits the two young people, for one year, from 22 pm to 4 am on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from accessing both the public establishments where the events took place and, in any case, all the bathing establishments and public places located on the Lungomare Matteotti, Lungomare Colombo and Lungomare Papa Giovanni XXIII, in the stretch of the Southern Riviera between Piazza Primo Maggio and Piazza Le Laudi, as well as staying in their immediate vicinity.
Violation of the prohibitions and provisions established by the Police Commissioner's provision is punished with imprisonment from six months to two years and with a fine from 8000 to 20.000 euros.
