The precautionary measure was issued following the investigation carried out by the Carabinieri of the Pandino Station who collected the complaint of a couple now exhausted and tired by the excesses of their son. In fact, during the last year and a half, the son, often in a state of alteration related to drug abuse, was very aggressive and overbearing. This had led to a marked worsening of relationships between family members because the son kept asking for money to buy drugs, lying in wait along the streets of the town to intercept the parents, had them offended even in public, he had them threatened with death and had used violence against them and against movable property.

A few days ago the last episode that had determined the spouses' desire to file a new complaint. In fact, that day, the son had attacked the father causing him injuries and also breaking some furniture in the couple's house. He had shown up at his parents' house demanding money again and, to his father's refusal, he had reacted with death threats and kicks and punches. Then she had smashed a little table.

A patrol of Carabinieri arrived on the scene and accompanied the victim to the hospital and then received her at the barracks to file a complaint. And here the husband and wife retraced what had happened, also taking into account that in 2023 they had the son was reported for the same facts and, a few months ago, the man had received a warning of the Police Chief of Cremona.
