Nocera Inferiore: Lured on social media for sexual encounters and then robbed, Carabinieri arrest 3 people

On the evening of 6 November 2024, the Carabinieri Stations of Nocera Inferiore, Nocera Superiore and Castel San Giorgio executed an order implementing precautionary custodial measures, in prison and under house arrest, paid by two men and a woman respectively of class '86, class '97 and class '98, all resident in the Agro Nocerino Sarnese.

In particular, following the investigations conducted by this Public Prosecutor's Office, the GIP considered that there were serious indications of guilt against the defendants in relation to a number of incidents of aggravated robbery and aggravated personal injury, as well as for the crimes of attempted extortion, private violence, home burglary.

According to the elements acquired so far, susceptible to different assessment in the possible subsequent procedural developments, it has emerged that – in the territories of Nocera Inferiore, Nocera Superiore and Castel San Giorgio, the defendants committed the crimes they were charged with through a consolidated modus operandi: the woman, in particular, he lured victims online, proposing sexual encounters in different locations; at the meeting place, instead, the men revealed themselves, who – also making use of weapons – committed robberies against public authorities. On one occasion, in particular, the police force was taken to a basement in the municipality of Castel San Giorgio and threatened with death with the use of a knife so that he would hand over what he had in his possession.
