It's night and the patrol car of the Naples radiomobile unit - alerted by 112 - reaches the house in the Pendino neighborhood. The soldiers find the man, a 47-year-old local already known to the police, with the baseball bat still in his hands and the threats continue.
The 47 year old comes blocked, disarmed and arrested. He must answer for domestic abuse and violence and threats to a public service employee.
The victims are listened to so that reconstruct a long history of violence and harassment which the man had been carrying out on a daily basis for some time to obtain money for the purpose of purchasing drugs.
The arrested man was transferred to prison.
