In particular, the first investigation activity, developed between January 2020 and the second half of 2021, he allowed to monitor the birth, rise and affirmation of the criminal group directed by G. S., who, released from prison in April 2020, dopo a long detention, promoted and implemented an ambitious project finalized to acquire direct control of the illicit activities carried out in the Forcella – Maddalena – Tribunali district.

From investigative activities it was thus possible to acquire elements regarding both the recruitment and training phases of members, both to the establishment on the territory of the new criminal group directed by GS The activity documented the alliance with the criminal association headed by the Mazzarella family, through meetings with the clan leaders, during which directives have been given for the operation of the new Giuliano-Mazzarella criminal cartel. They were Furthermore, criminal relationships with other criminal organizations operating in the city of Naples were recorded, in particular with the criminal group active in the San Gaetano district.

Le investigations havefinally allowed to document numerous crimes committed by the association in question, as tempted murders, injuries, extortion, robberies, drug trafficking and retail drug dealing.
