Milano, they stole perfumes before boarding the flight to Palermo: stopped by the State Police

In recent days at Milano, the State Police arrested and investigated nine Italian citizens aged between 19 and 51 in a state of freedom for the aggravated theft of numerous perfumes against the business present within the airport.

Border Police officers on duty at the airport Milano Linate, began the investigation following the complaint of theft of numerous perfume packages, filed by the company that manages the perfumery in the "departures" area of ​​Linate airport. Viewing the recordings from the security cameras, the police noticed nine men who, after having taken the perfume packages and placed them in their luggage, left the business without paying and then boarded the flight to Palermo.

By cross-referencing the data of the names of the flight to Palermo with the data of the passengers, the agents ascertained that the perpetrators of the theft would have passed through the same Linate airport in the following days and departed on a flight also to Palermo. A special observation service was set up: the nine men, having carried out security checks, entered the perfumery and, after having taken numerous boxes of perfumes, left. Stopped by the police, they were found with 64 perfumery products worth around 15.000 euros.
