Milano, plan to steal fire extinguishers from trains to damage a bus: the State Police reports 8 minors
Milano, The State Police has identified, and reported for various reasons for multi-aggravated damage and theft, the 8 young boys between 15 and 16 years old who, during the
last Halloween night, they stole 12 fire extinguishers installed on board regional trains and then damaged a bus on the ATM 57 line.
That evening, after blocking the bus from running, the boys boarded it and let the passengers off. After emptying the fire extinguishers inside the
convoy, destroyed some of the car's windows while the driver managed to escape to safety.
The policemen of the Quarto Oggiaro police station, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office for Minors, viewed the video surveillance images of both the
public transport and those in the neighbourhood, and they managed to identify some of the perpetrators who, in a place far from that of the raid, considering themselves safe,
they had taken off their masks and hoods.
The recognition of two young people therefore led to the identification of all the other accomplices and the analysis of the smartphones also made it possible to identify
stories in which all the salient passages of the evening were shared by the minors themselves. Furthermore, in the chats, the agents ascertained how vi
was a real planning of the damage: a few days earlier, the boys had stolen 12 fire extinguishers on board some regional trains, hiding them
in the bushes of a park near the train station Milano Fourth Oggiaro. Finally, on Halloween evening, they took the fire extinguishers and brought them to the
near the bus stop line 57, in via Concilio Vaticano II. There, once the bus arrived, the group of boys suddenly appeared placing a fire extinguisher
in front of the public transport to obstruct its transit, before starting the damage.
