Milano, state police, Gallarate PS police station - an entrepreneur arrested for bankruptcy

Milano, The State Police of Gallarate on the morning of yesterday 16 June, executed the detention order issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Savona for financial crimes.
The man, a seventy-five year old from the province of Cuneo, was tracked down by the agents of the police station in via Ragazzi del '99 in a hotel in the province of Varese where he was staying.
The man, wanted since 2016, had to serve the remainder of his 4-month prison sentence following his conviction for bankruptcy.
After the fingerprint photo tests and the drafting of the ritual documents, the arrested person was associated with the Busto Arsizio prison at the disposal of the AG
