Milano, hid an illegal arsenal: 58 weapons, swords and a machine gun, arrested in Lainate
Milano, The State Police yesterday a 61-year-old Italian citizen (convicted) arrested for possession of clandestine weapons, possession of several common firearms, possession of weapons of war and various ammunition.
Yesterday afternoon, in Nerviano (MI), following an initiative check, the officers of the Rho police station stopped a car with a 61-year-old Italian citizen on board. A 9 x 21 caliber Tanfoglio pistol with abraded serial number was found inside the car. Subsequently, 100 .22 caliber ammunition and other pieces of weapons were found.
The police, given the flagrancy, searched his home and the garages used by the man in Lainate (MI), assisted by agents of the Flying Squad and the Scientific Police.
43 short weapons were found, some with abraded serial number, 15 long weapons, a war weapon (MAB machine gun), approximately 100 pieces of weapon (frames, barrels, shutters), 27 sidearms and over 2000 ammunition of various calibers.
