Lucca, drunk, offends and pushes the police during a check: arrested for resistance and contempt.
A 39-year-old Tunisian citizen, without a fixed address, was arrested last Sunday morning for resisting and insulting a public official.
The man, who had blatantly abused alcoholic beverages, had reached a bar in the Torre del Lago hamlet and began to annoy customers and passers-by who then requested the intervention of the Carabinieri via the emergency number 112.
At the request of the soldiers of the local CC Station to provide the documents, the foreigner began to offend the Carabinieri, to become agitated and squirm, pushing the workers and resisting so as not to be identified.
Immobilized, he was taken to the barracks where he was generalized and declared under arrest. This morning, after the validation hearing at the Court of Lucca, the foreigner was released with the application of the precautionary measure of the obligation to report every day to the Carabinieri of Lucca as well as the obligation to stay in municipality of Lucca.
