Licata, marijuana seedlings among vegetables: a farmer reported

The subsequent weighing of the substance made it possible to ascertain that the narcotic found and seized had a total weight of kg. 1,450.

The farmer and owner of the greenhouses was reported at liberty to the AG for the crime of illegal cultivation of narcotic substances.

In recent days in Licata, the State Police, during targeted administrative checks aimed at verifying compliance with the legal provisions on the conduct and management of commercial activities, imposed an administrative fine.

The men of the Administrative Team of the Commissariat imposed a fine of 1.032 euros on the owner of the commercial business, as well as the holder of the licence, as she was not found present inside the commercial activity.
