Lecce, checks at the home of a convicted felon, officers find drugs in the room of the son who attacks them: 25-year-old arrested

Lecce, on the morning of Thursday 17th, during the control services for people subjected to the custodial measure of house arrest, the Agents of the Flying Section of the Lecce Police Headquarters arrested DE RICCARDIS Sasha Vincenzo, a 25-year-old from Lecce, convicted felon, for the crime of Resistance to a Public Official. He was also reported while at liberty for possession of narcotic substances.

At 12:00 on Thursday 17th, the Agents of the Flying Section verified that inside the bedroom of the son of the person subjected to inspection, there was a person unrelated to the family unit. Therefore, a careful check was carried out, finding in the same room a package containing a narcotic substance of the "Marijuana" type weighing 40 grams. The personal search of the son of the person subjected to control was also carried out. The young man, identified as the arrested man, was hiding a further package in his private parts. To escape the consequences, during the search he evaded the operators by struggling forcefully, trying to throw the small package out the window. During the blocking operations, due to the young man's reaction, one of the operatives suffered injuries that could be healed in four days.
Once the package was recovered, it was found that there was cocaine inside weighing 3 grams.
He was therefore arrested flagrantly and, as ordered by the PM on duty of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, subjected to house arrest for the crime of Resisting a Public Official as well as reported in a state of freedom for illicit possession of narcotic substances.
The arrested person, yesterday morning, was judged very directly and brought back by the Flying Section Agents to his home, under house arrest.
The parent will, however, be released into a state of freedom for violating the provisions relating to home detention.
