Lanuvio (RM): searches for drugs, a 33-year-old arrested in the act.

- State Police officers of the Genzano police station, during a complex survey coordinated by Velletri Prosecutor's Office on drug trafficking between the Agro Pontino and the Castelli Romani, have carried out a series of searches delegated by the AG itself; it was precisely during one of these operations a 33-year-old man arrested because he was found in possession of just under 2 ounces of hashish, material for packaging the individual doses and 3850 euros in cash.

La search which led to the arrest was made in territory of Lanuvio; The investigators, in the suspect's house, they found i cash and study material generally used for portion the drug, while the narcotic, 2 blocks of hashish, also thanks to the infallible nose of Faro, one of the best drug-detection dogs at the Rome Police Headquarters, was hidden in an old rural oven built in a country house.

Il ragazzo, at the end of the investigations, it was arrested because seriously accused of possession for the purpose of trafficking of narcotic substances. The Velletri Public Prosecutor's Office subsequently requested and obtained from Judge for Preliminary Investigations the validation of arrest and seizures. The same Judge ordered the precautionary measure of house arrest for the young man.

In parallel, the same agents of the Genzano police station, in application of article 39 of the TULPS (Consolidated Law on Public Security Laws), proceeded with the preventive seizure of the 14 rifles and related ammunition, regularly detained by today's suspect.

In any case the suspect is presumed innocent in consideration of the current phase of the proceedings, i.e. that of the preliminary investigations, until a definitive finding of guilt with an irrevocable sentence.
