Illicit burning of waste: 76-year-old from Trapani subjected to house arrest.

I Carabinieri of the Borgo Annunziata station, in Trapani, arrested in execution of a restrictive measure issued by the Surveillance Court of Palermo, a Trapani born in 1947 for crime of illegal burning of waste. Today's provision arises from the investigations carried out by the Carabinieri who had documented the illicit combustion of waste committed in Municipality of Paceco in 2019 by the seventy-six year old. At the end of the formalities, the arrested person was confined to his home home detention regime to atone a sentence of one year and four months.
