Hit by the vehicle while fleeing: two people under house arrest for robbery against a woman.

Aversa, Naples. The Carabinieri of the Trentola Ducenta station, on 4 November 2023, following investigation activities directed by Public Prosecutor's Office of North Naples, have implemented an ordinance which provides for the measure of precautionary custody under house arresti against DMF and DMV, issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples North at the request of this Prosecutor's Office.

The investigation activity made it possible to collect serious indications of guilt towards both people under investigation, as they are held responsible, jointly with each other, for having carried out a robbery against a woman, who had left his own car parked in Aversa on the morning of March 23rd. The recipients of the precautionary measure are seriously suspected of having taken possession of the lady's car, having initially entered the vehicle parked on the street. Subsequently, the same people - having noticed the woman who was running towards them in an attempt to stop them - they ran over her with the vehicle as they hastily fled, losing their tracks.

The meticulous reconstruction of the robbery - carried out through the collection of witness statements, the vision of private and public surveillance systems and the analysis of the results of the technical activity carried out - allowed the criminal actions to be reconstructed down to the smallest detail carried out by the suspects, who were subjected to the precautionary measure of house arrest. It was also of fundamental importance that the collaboration provided by the victim and witnesses in the reconstruction of what happened. The complex and meticulous investigative activity, directed by the Public Prosecutor's Office of North Naples and delegated to the soldiers of the Carabinieri, has allowed us to to identify the alleged perpetrators of the criminal act.
