He attacks his wife at home despite the ban on her approach, 49-year-old arrested in Vicenza.

Saturday 29 July, the Agents of the "Flying" Squad of the Police Headquarters proceeded to arrest WSL, 49 year old Sri Lankan citizen, in execution of a Precautionary Custody Order issued against him by the GIP of Court of Vicenza to replace the one already in force ban on approaching his wife. Following an intervention carried out last July 25th by the State Police at the woman's home, the man was reported to the Judicial Authority because, violating the approach ban imposed by the Court of Vicenza, had gone to his wife's house with an excuse, for later attack her with slaps and punches. The episode, immediately reported by the Police to the Judicial Authority, led the Judges to adopt a more serious restrictive measure by ordering the pre-trial detention in WSL prison Yesterday morning, therefore, after having identified the subject in the city, the Police took him to the offices in Viale Mazzini. From here, at the end of the photo-signalling procedures and the Judicial Police documents, the subject was transferred to the Vicenza prison.
