Genoa, rapes a woman after giving her crack: Senegalese citizen arrested.

Yesterday the Flying Squad investigators arrested, in execution of a custodial detention order issued at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Genoa, a Senegalese citizen born in 92 for the crimes of sexual violence and drug dealing.

The facts for which the Senegalese is seriously suspected date back to December last year, when a girl had presented herself at a Genoa emergency room declaring that she had been the victim of sexual violence. The investigators of the third section of the Flying Squad, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office, immediately started investigations which, through the protected hearing of the victim, kidnappings, and the meticulous reconstruction of the moments preceding the violence through the images taken by the cameras of video surveillance, made it possible to gather serious evidence against the suspect.

In particular, it was possible to reconstruct that the girl, having previously met the man for reasons related to the consumption of narcotic substances, had also decided on that occasion to approach him to consume some crack given to her by the Senegalese. However, after smoking the substance, the man took advantage of her, forcing her to undergo sexual intercourse inside a ravine in the middle of some buildings in the Piazza del Carmine area. Among the various findings, thanks to the scientific analyzes of the Scientific Police, traces of the man's DNA were actually found on the clothing worn by both the suspect and the victim. The suspect is now at the Marassi district house, at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
